MODULE 2: How to motivate anyone to do (just about) anything.

In module one the focus was on self-motivation in module two we discover how to motivate others. Here delegates will discover that the art of leadership is not getting people to do what we want done. This is the Jack-ass practice of leadership that requires the constant presence of carrot and stick. The art of leadership is getting people to want to do what we want done. When they want to do it for themselves they become self-motivated. As a leader we can inspire that desire through the kind of relationship we build with them. People will be lead by people who they know, like and trust. This session will help anyone to build that connection.

In this final module, delegates will get tools to convert the insights of the previous two modules not just into action but into long-lasting behavioural change. They will learn to:

Justin is the author of two books and seven audio books. He presented and produced a television talk show, where he interviewed experts on success such as American Presidential consultant, Dr John Maxwell. He speaks and trains internationally. Justin's areas of expertise are in motivation, sales, influence, customer satisfaction, leadership and change. He has an honours degree in Psychology.
